The videos contains a short introduction about space battles, specifically what you can spend Fleet Commendations on, and a little bit about Starship Upgrades. Basically you can get level 1, 3, and 5 starship upgrades from the vendor, level 2 and 4 (I don't think there is a level 6) must be either crafted with cybertech or bought on the market. Get some!
